I purchased WP Download Manager Pro yesterday 7/22/2014. Then I went through all the steps, entered the license key, and it was valid. Now today it is invalid and my Pro features are not working.
When I log in to this site http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ to resolve my Order number under downloads it says “Order not found!”, as if I never ordered and paid for this plugin. I emailed spaul818@yahoo.com for assistance but have not received a response. I have my order number, my PapyPal receipt, and the PayPal email.
I just want to develop my website with this Pro plugin that I paid for. Please help.
I see your order is active and you should be able to access from here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/purchases/ and you also should have access to pro forum here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ , but if you are facing any trouble, please give me your login info in a private reply, so that I can login from your account and check.
I now have access to see my actual paid order and can access the pro forum, but my license key is still invalid. You want my login info to wpdownloadmanager.com or my WordPress site?
I see your license key is linked with domain limbdesign.com , anyhow I’ve unlocked it, so you can try again now.

I still can’t resolve the order number here on your site thought. Luckily I had the license key in a txt file.
