Hi Guys,
Curious one – not sure if it’s something to do with the plug in (free vs paid) – when people view a file to download, at the bottom there’s links to previous and next file download pages – is there a way to remove that?
Is it a premium feature?
Clicking on either of these takes you to the next file or previous file to download…
I just want these links gone…
Help!
Cheers,
Richard
Hi,
You have to modify your theme’s single.php template to remove this next/prev link on the file details page. This is maybe coming from your theme files.
Thanks.
I did think that, but they only appear on the pages with the download manager links -ie there are pages & blog posts in another section, and they don’t have them…
I figured it was part of the actual download manager theme design…
Cheers,
Richard
Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in private reply for checking. I will check and fix it.
Thanks.
Your problem has been fixed. you will see prev/next option in your other post or page option but, you will not see prev/next option in WPDM download single file.
Thanks.
Mate!
You are a legend!
Fantastic work!
Cheers,
Richard
Is that something worth thinking for a future release as an option? Prev/Next Download link “On or off?”
Cheers,
Richard
Thanks for your comment Richard. The prev/next option generally comes from theme. So, it is a user choice. I have just created single-wpdmpro.php
file in your theme and removed the pagination link. If you want to add it, you just have to add it again in this file.
and if you like our service, don’t forget to review us here, https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/download-manager/reviews/
Thanks.
