Presale Question on Download manager

I need to purchase a download manager for WordPress that supports and allows visitors (downloaders) to tag and download over 1000 files at one time NOT in a zipfile. For example, I have 1000 individual files that need to be offered to download either one by one OR all at once(select all) in a tagging fashion.

Will this plugin do this? If so, we’ll purchase the pro version.
