I am interested to know if the Pro package at $59 includes template files for WP pages that can

1. Display category boxes
2. List downloads within a category
3. Allow front end uploads from users

I need to understand how these 3pages are created (ie templates or shortcodes?) before I jump to the pro version as I cannot see them in the free version.
