Pop up improvements

I’m using email lock…

When a visitor selects a package to download, using a download link, the pop up needs some improvements:

1. It should go away (fade out would be nice) after a configurable duration
2. It should go away if another download link is clicked
3. The text should be configurable (I edited the code to change “subscribe”)
4. The text “Your name” seems to come from the CFF data (even without the CFF add-on), but the email field doesn’t have a label so it looks odd
