Dear Support,
1. I setup a product incl. Price in a package but it doesn’t show up, only when i also setup in first package ?? Why doesn’t work after months of testing and make payments, also download function doesn’t work.
2. I purchase a file and Pay and when i go in dashboard all there also a download button but doesn’t work. Also why doesn’t get i an email with download link, see attachments. I oaid a lot of money for all sinds december and after a half year still things doesn’t work.
Support asked for weeks my logins and i delivered but nothing happened ?
