Please check my contract status ASAP!

Hello.

For two contracts for Download Manager Pro, the payments were completed on July 3, 2024 and July 11, 2024.
However, the Contract Management screen shows that the two contracts were terminated in July 2024.
I am also unable to log into the pro-support forum.

I would like to have the payment records and status checked.
