Permission denied - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,

I’ve been using Download Manager Free since september/2014. Today it has come to my attention that, when I’m not logged in to WordPress, I can’t download the file available on my website. When I press “download”, I get a .txt file saying I do not have the permission to download it. This doesn’t happen when I’m logged in. On the plugin and file page on WordPress the download is available to all visitors.

Has my use licence expired? Or is something else happening? I can’t figure it out.
