Hello,

I am using the free version of the Download Manager and purchased the PDF viewer plugin. I love the plugin but seem to have a small issue: to preview PDF files I am using the page template “Single Column with Doc Preview”. However, the PDF is only shown ‘randomly’, sometimes only after refreshing the page, sometimes not at all. I have tried different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) but the issue seems to be the same. Is this a known problem or is there already a solution to this?

Any help appreciated
