PDF stamper removes bookmarks? - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,

I have a PDF with a bookmarks tree (outline) that is vital for the usability of the product. However, when I download it, I get the same document but without the bookmarks/outline. When I disable PDF Stamper, the document is downloaded with bookmarks.

How can I fix that?

We use FPDF library for PDF stamping. During PDF stamping it regenerates the document . On the process, the responsible library can’t keep the bookmarks or input fields. It is the limitation of FPDF library.

Unfortunately, that makes WPDM completely irrelevant for my business as I am selling large PDF files and my clients require bookmarks.

Before I seek out other solutions, is there a way to configure the plugin to add a fixed set of bookmarks to the document after regeneration? I see that FPDF does have a bookmarks function: http://www.fpdf.org/en/script/script1.php . Is there a way to tweak the plug-in?
