Hello,

I’ve been directed here for my question regarding downloads that stopped working.
I have list of PDF’s on a website and they worked fine. Recently they stopped working as downloads and now show up in a new tab as a wall of weird symbols.
Tried solution offered like:

Resumable Downloads Disabled
Output Buffering Disabled

Updated addons etc. Nothing works.
I would be very thankfull if this can get solved. I’m afraid i need to create a whole new page for the downloads…

Hi,
This issue is usually occurs due to conflict with other plugins JS. Please try deactivating other plugins and try again.
or Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

Hey there,

it’s been a while this topic was created and login credentials are supplied, so far i didn’t get more feedback on this topic.
Is there some progress? is there something I can do to solve this problem?

Could you please check your php error log? Looks like there are some kind of error in this page http://www.dqsbelgium.be/download/brochure-iso-9001/

But i need to check the error log to find the origin of this issue. You can mail the log file to support@wpdownloadmanager.com

Hi there.

After your mail to Gert he bought the plugin, we installed the newly bought version of this plugin and the problem is still there. We also tried deactivating other plugins and the problem is still there.

According to Gert you said something about the theme that is installed. We also looking into that and we noticed this theme isn’t available anymore. I do believe that a plugin should work no mather on what theme it will be used.

We checked ourself where the problem can be started, and we do not find anything in there. If it’s related to a other plugin is there a way to find out what plugin it should be?
