Good day,

I’m using PayPal pro with WPDM, it used to work but now after clicking complete payment, the button keeps spinning for ever.

Please assist.

Are you using the latest version of the WPDM plugin?
If still, the problem exists then Will you please share the related page/file URL with us?

Hi @rodkamd,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. We have released the latest version 6.0.4 of the WPDM PRO plugin and add-ons. According to the latest update of WPDM PRO, you also need to update the other add-ons as well. please update them, or you can download them from here.
I hope it will work fine then.

Hi @rodkamd,
First of all please update your WPDM Pro plugin to the latest version which is right now 6.0.4 or you can download it from here.
I have tried with a test transaction and every thing worked well. Please check the below screenshots.

If still the problem exists then will you please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

The first issue seems to be solved, but after entering the card details and click Complete Payment ,I got an error : “Transaction refused because of an invalid argument.”. Please see attached picture.
