On Wednedsay 12th July I renewed my subscription for Download Manager Pro. Payment was processed by 2Checkout however when returning to your website it crashed. I havea screen shot of this. The payment has been taken from my account and I have received emails confirmiong this from 2Checkout however my subscription is still showing as ‘EXPIRED’. The order number is 213326850.
I have follwed the instructions on your contact page however the order number is not recognised.
Please advise
