Payed 3 times – license still expired – support doesn’t answer my mail

Hello,

I would like to post this to the support forum for the Pro Version, but I cant acces anymore.

You have already debited 3 times via Paypal for the renewal of my license, but my license is still set to “expired”.

I have already contacted the support via mail on 06.05.2021 (6th of may) and I don’t get any answer. I will gladly send screenshots of everything.

I need the update and therefore want to renew the license – also the number of debits should be corrected to once instead of 3 times.

Please contact me as soon as possible. If I don’t get an answer here either, I’m afraid I’ll have to ask for the money back via paypal, I can’t pay for something I don’t receive.

thanks a lot!

Could you correct my last payment aswell? Or should I ask via Paypal for repayment? Payed on 29 of March, 11 of April and 8 of June. At least one of payments was too much. Because 3 payments for 2 licenses.

And how to deactivate the auto renew?
