Password protected Folder

Good Morning

I am trying to add some files to the “Download Manager” plugin in WordPress through URL, but it says “Invalid url”. The original files are in another domain, inside a folder protected by username and password (and it need to stay like this).

I would like to understand if (in free or pro version) there is the possibility to solve this problem.
