Hello together,
after updating my wpdm free module incl. plugins, the “password lock” funktion don´t work any more.
The field for insering the password is not shown.

Also the individual download-icons aren´t shown.
Just when I don´t set a download passwort, the download link, named “Download” is shown not the individual icon

Everything workes just bevore the update. I hope you can help me.

Your template is overriding the bootstrap default CSS. Which is causing the download password view to hide.
Please provide me the login info to check the issue for not showing download icon (using private reply)

You need to follow the steps to customize
You need to copy the tpls/page-templates/ dir from download manager plugin dir to active theme dir. (This is required to do in-case you want to update your plugin later the change wont be effected on design)
Then rename it copied tpls dir ( which is in your theme dir ) to download-manager
Now edit page-template-default.phpin download-manager dir ( which is in your active theme dir )
If you unable to solve the problem please provide me your FTP Login credentials.
As the design is for the password option for package, its located in download manages libs/class.PackageLocks.php I just adjusted the design in that file.

Now, I´ve just one more question. I can´t find the line where to adjust the PackageLocks.php . Can you say me what you´ve edited in that file.
I think, when I´m updating my template and/or your download-plugin, will this problem return? What have I to do then?
Sorry, I´m just asking to lern how to do this on my own and not to ask you over and over again. I´m not very used to wordpress, so I need some more description to understand things 😉

Go to plugin editor:
wp-admin► Plugins► editor► select (Zu bearbeitendes Plugin wählen:) Download manager. ► select file from right side (see in image) ► remove panel in the file (See the image)

I just want to say, I´ve updated my downloadmanager-plugin today and I had the same problem again with the lock panel.
I tried the step you mentioned in the last post and everything works fine again!
