Parse error in class.User.php

Hi,

Since recently I started to recieve the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /home/domains/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.User.php on line 41

I had to disable to plug-in in order to make my site work again. After disabling I can’t re-enable it from the admin. Does any one know what could be the cause of this?

Hi,
Minimum PHP version requirement is 5.6 as the latest version of WordPress.

Hi,

Thank you this was indeed the problem, we have upgraded our PHP version.
