Hello everybody, how i can show the parent category after the user clicked on main category?

I have a category and parent category
MAIN Category A
– Sub 1
– Sub 2
— Sub 2a
— Sub 2b
-Sub 3
MAIN Category B
– Sub 1
– Sub 2
— Sub 2a
— Sub 2b
-Sub 3
I added the shortcode via elementor to view the main categories.
However, when I try to browse the site, I would like to click on the main category to access the sub-categories and consequently to view the attached files.
