Paid for renewal but account still says expired.

I noticed today that my year contract for the pro edition of the download manager was up and it is severely out of date, so I paid to renew it so I can update. It sent me a link to log in to my account to get my new files, but it says my account is still expired. I need these files ASAP! What can I do to unlock my account? Thanks!
