Is there a possibility to customise the page templates via CSS without the WPDM Pro?
I am using Elementor and I even can not choose Elementor default templates in the download file. It looks very broken as by default the file view uses full screen width instead of a boxed page.

You can add the CSS in your theme or customizer option. But to change the layout of Page Template you have to create an actual page template file and you can do it by placing the file in /active-theme/download-manager/ directory.
