Since the update to the Gutenberg Blocks add-on a day or so ago (edit: now a few days ago), clicking on the ‘Lock Options’ or ‘Icons’ tabs under Package Settings does nothing when I add a new file or edit an existing file.
The browser console shows: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘d.hasClass’)
Similarly, clicking on a tooltip icon under Package Settings does nothing.
Here the browser console shows: TypeError: $(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip is not a function. (In ‘$(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip({html:true, placement: ‘right’})’, ‘$(‘.w3eden .info.fa’).tooltip’ is undefined)
If I disable the Gutenberg Blocks add-on, everything works as expected.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin and of WordPress.
Thank you for your help.

Thanks.
I have the same issue: tabs as setting – Updates – Free Updates; Lock Options and Icons won’t open.
Have you disabled other plugins also, because, in our testing site, it is working fine here. please let me know.
Thanks.
This is not working for me either. When I disable the ‘WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks’, it works again. Re-enabling the plugin makes it not work again.
What I’m doing for now as a workaround:
1) Deactivate ‘WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks’ plugin
2) Add/edit download package
3) Reactivate ‘WPDM – Gutenberg Blocks’ plugin
