HI there, I am trying to search and filter packages by name or date but it’s not working it only brings me the blog posts but the wpdm packages doesnt show up. I have updated to the plugin twice but it’s the same problem. Please help me regarding this.
Hi,
Are you searching by default search option in the WordPress theme? please check is there any restriction or made exclude search results from your theme. if possible, Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking.
Thanks.
Sorry, I guess I wasn’t clear enough with my words. Actually I am talking about searching packages in my admin panel / WordPress dashboard. Whenever I am trying to search for a particular wpdm post it’s bringing me blog posts. You can see the example below:
I am talking about searching the wpdm posts from all of the packages in the All Packages tab. I hope was clear enough this time.
It should search the download packages, not other posts, if possible, Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking.
Thanks.
Hi,
Which WPDM version you are using? I have not enough access for checking your plugins. please let me know.
Thanks.
Hello, I am currently using version 5.4. Actually, I guess I’ve found the matter what caused the problem. I am using newspaper X theme and the plugin shows the problem when I use the newspaper theme. But when I am using other default wordpress theme like twenty twenty it’s not causing any problem as mentioned. Please tell me what to do. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
Maybe some functionality conflicting with the theme functions.php. Have to check manually which script/code making the conflict.
Thanks.
Hi, have you checked the issue? Is there any way to fix it? I really need to fix it for my website.
Hi,
Can you provide a temporary FTP credentials details for checking that? because sometimes, it may be some broken or conflict with the site. for that, it needs to check the scripts one by one via Cpanel or FTP.
Thanks.
