Organise Uploads folder

Hi there,

In a future release, could the directory where the files are uploaded (original and thumbs) be organised in some way? Either by date (like the WP media uploads folder is) or by package name, or random string for each package.

The directory can build up with hundreds or thousands of files over time, and any work done via File Manager or FTP client is very difficult because of the huge number of files.
