Order Status : Processing but I already paid, can't download the plugin

Hi, I bought the premium plugin from WPDownloadManager for 99,– USD on July 8th (Order Numbrer WPDM64ABA7CB18C39, 2Checkout Purchase Number 213243698, Account: fischer@rematic.com).
Unfortunately, the account shows “Order Status : Processing” and I can’t download the plugin.
