you´ve charged us a business account fee.
in our Profile -> Purchases
Support & Update Access: Expired Jan 20, 2017 10:00 am Auto Renew: 2nd cycle
no invoice either

we dont want a renew. we dont wanna use this tool anymore. we dont wanna pay for it.

why didnt you stop the renew as requested?

can you please transfere back the 190 USD you’ve carged us on 2nd March 2020 (03-02-2020)
directly from your company credit card or do we need to contact the credit card company?
