I just installed it but it doesn’t work, it doesn’t download any files.
Please elaborate more about the problem.

I think there may be conflicting somewhere, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then

It will work, go to class.Package.php, line #1015, replace $permalink = get_permalink($ID); with $permalink = home_url('/');

Change that file and reset permanlinks.
