Not all documents have a package size

in Download Manager Free

In our database we have almost 650 downloads. Unfortunately many of these do not have a package size so where we display the size on the front-end there is no value.

Is there a way to regenerate these?

You can use the template tag [package_size] in link template or page template. However, if it doesn’t work, please let us know more details. Could you please share related url to check the issue? If possible please also share temporary admin access in a private reply to check and resolve the issue quickly.

I have found that both XFP and Quantect section are showing download size
image

sorry, I don’t seem to be getting notifications of your replies

On this same page, sigtel doesn’t have a size

There are other examples but with so many downloads hard to track them down right now!

Hello,

The packages size field is missing.
You have to add package size from related Package edit page like below:
