Hi,
I am having a problem where users that are not logged in / registered on my site are receiving an error downloading the files (see attachment)
I have logged call with SP for hosting and they adviced that script is inserting “=” which is causing an error.
Can you please assist with resolution?
I did some analysis. The script is putting a “=” (highlighted in yellow in the screenshot) at the back of the download link.
Which is causing an error in downloading the file.
Can you please fix?
