No work on chrome

Hi Team , Hope you’re well 🙂

We have 1 archive protect with key that isn’t downloading on chrome. We don’t know why.
Also, in the first page (embed with shortcode), don’t direct download in the first click. Is possible it resolve?

It is conflicting somewhere setting in DIVI Builder. But without DIVI it is working fine here, https://ambauka.cat/wpdm-test/, Can you please check scripts setting from DIVI or somewhere if you had adjusted the setting, please undo/reset settings again if it works in DIVI builder as well, let me know
