Is there a way we can use the frontend upload to let assessors upload documents without logging in? My thinking was a WordPress page to be password protected with one global password, and this would give them access to the frontend form to upload documents. We don’t want to give the assessors a user role so this was our thinking.

There must be a user that a post has to assigned to. So it is not a good idea and possible for creating a package without any user role.
