I upload a file but it shows as “No File Uploaded yet!”. The files are in /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ but not linking. I have deactivated all plugins, I have deactivate theme, I am still having the same issue.

Could you please share related url of your site to check the issue properly?
However, please make sure to reset the file browser root is default there from Download > Settings > Basic
Also if the issue still persists, please provide temporary admin access of your website in a private reply.

Thank you very much! I clicked reset the file browser root. This solution helped. But when I search for a file on the server, it does not show the contents of the folder.

Search will work fine if you search inside the wpdm files directory. So you have to click the selected directory before searching. Also there could be other issues in your site in selecting the file browser root. I see there is a / missing in the directory. That could cause the issue. Please use server browser root correctly.
