WPDM – Archive Page 4.4.6
After update I can’t download most of my files. I get message “No file is attached with this package!”.
Even if I upload new file now, I can’t download it. Same message. We have a large archive and I set it up to media.*mysite.com*, out of WordPress folder.
But older files (for example, uploaded before few months), I can download.
EDIT: I can upload file into this folder (shorturl.at/ayDI0), but after Save, still get “No file is attached with this package!” and if I back to backend, there is “No file uploaded yet! (shorturl.at/anv37). If I go throught FTP, I found the file on server

We have tested your reported issue in our testing environment and it appears that download is working fine.
Therefore, I’d request you to check whether there are any plugins installed that might be causing this.
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty Twenty-one, and check whether the issue persists or not. If not, then it is the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily except WPDM and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
3. Try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any. You may temporarily disable the caching plugin for testing.
