I’m a new user of the WPDM plug-in. I love the functionality it provides and downloaded the free version to give it a go before investing in the pro version. I’ve uploaded a few test files into the media library and they show on the packages grid on the site just fine. However, when I attempt to download them I’m getting a “no file attached to this package” error message.

I’m running the 3.2.69 version of the free plug-in using the Astra theme, and Elementor to edit pages.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I’ve seen others posting in the pro version forum about this issue as well.

Thanks!
