No file attached bug after update

The “Download File” button was gone after the update and it currently shows a “No file attached” warning. Please resolve this ASAP. Thank you!

You shouldn’t see the notice only when no file attached. May you please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
