No Email when customer create account but reset link works in dashboard customer

Hello Team,

I have a little issues,

When i try to create account on my website with Download manager wordpress, i don’t receive the mail for confirmation with info connexion.

On the other hand, when i’m in admin panel and i reset links the mail works !

Can you help me?

Other questions, i my wesbsite i use Download manager wordpress in free version, i will update a lot of quantity of files in my website, can you advise me to take pro version ?

– User sign up notification email is workin fine. Kindly, check your email spam folder and email settings.

– Evaluate the additional features offered in the pro version from here . If the free version meets all your current needs and the extra features in the pro version are not essential for your website, you may not need to upgrade.
Consider the scale and complexity of your file management requirements. If you are dealing with a large number of files and need advanced file management features such as categorization, access control, and versioning, the pro version might be beneficial.
