New License Question

Hi – I bought WP Download Manager at the end of 2013, and have been asked by the client to create a second site for the French language running on a new domain name. The version of the plug in I am using is old now, and has been tweaked quite a bit to get templates working as needed – I’m running version 3.3.8.

Can I buy a new license for the new domain name? I don’t think they have the budget to get me to download the new version and integrate it in to the site, so I just need to copy my current site and put the new license in to the new site.

Can you advise where or how I can get a new license please?

Does that mean I buy a new license from the front end of the site, and then I can add that license code to the old version of the plug in?
