Network Error with Internet Explorer - WordPress Download Manager

Hello,

I have version 2.9.90 of DownloadManager and WordPress 5.1.
The downloads work with all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) but not with Internet Explorer (v.11.59).
With Internet Explorer, a network error appears (“A network error occurred while accessing the document on the Internet).
Any idea how to solve this problem?
