Downloads are not working, if user isn’t logged in. Very sporadic, but mainly shows ‘network error’ across various browsers. I have switched on and off other plugin, unsure what it is? Any ideas please?
Very difficult for a small charity, this started in the early December update it seems.

Please could you try document ‘Low Protein Sauces’ – I get this error now (not even the network error).
Hi Shahjada – I am afraid it’s still showing network errors this end. Were you logged in when you tested? It works for logged in users and its logged out users we are getting the error with.

In that case, it looks like an issue with your site caching system. please exclude urls ( urls with parameter name wpdmdl ) from cache.
