I am trying to change my payment method but cannot seem to do it through the website. How do I do this?

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for contacting us.
If you want to change the Package/File payment method, then you can do it via premium package from here Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Payment
For payment method of Download Manager Plugin, you can change it from here

I am trying to change the payment method for the Download Manager Plugin. When I follow that link it does not show me the current payment method on file and when I click change payment method it takes me to an error screen after I enter the card details.
