need download manager compatible with wordpess 3.2.1

Hello,

i’m running wordpress 3.2.1 & need the the download manager compatible with that, we can’t update wordpress as there are too many plugins etc that we don’t want to break, the version of download manager i had installed stoped working and the new one won’t load the admin (manage section)
