Hi! I need some help. I had an ad running but the content of my page disappeared. When I clicked into the product download page, it was totally blank. Not even my header showed up. None of my other downloads had the issue, just the one. Can you give some kind of explanation? I saw somehting in the forums about it happening to someone else, but there was no response.

Please try updating the package from admin area.
Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if that doesn’t solve the issue.

Hi, Shahriar! Can you tell me what you mean by “updating the package,” please? Do you mean updating the plugin?
I meant updating the download post from edit package page.
