Hy,
I need to create a network of sites using worpress multidomain. Each site must have the ability to manage its own documents and downloads.
I have already used the PRO version of the plugin, but I am not sure if this is compatible with worpress multisite to do what I need. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hope you are well. Thanks for writing to us. If you are using multidomain you can use Business or Developer license for properly licensed on your every domain. And i hope it will work properly for your every domain. Please kindly check.

The one we are using works very well.
Can you confirm that in a multisite installation of Worpress, each subsite, even if sharing the same file system, will be able to manage its own documents independently?

What if I purchase the business license instead?
Yes for business license you can use 2-5 Sites domain or subdomain. Please kindly check.
