Multisite install - featured image - WordPress Download Manager

In multisite install, featured image is outputted through a plugin cache folder which returns 404. I’ve tried to search for a solution but could not find one. Can I ask for an advice?

Please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply to check the issue. Also send the page link with 404 issue..
