Multilanguage issue: after update, the widget on the pages shows the files of al

we have a problem on https://www.alchimiasrl.com site. After updating WPDM free to the release 3.1.03, the widgets on the pages show the files of a certain category in all the available translation on the site, not just the files of the current language selected by the user.
We use WPDM since the first release of alchimiasrl.com, and everything was ok.
For example: on the page
https://www.alchimiasrl.com/ophthalmic-surgery/dyes-for-anterior-segment/rs-blue/
under the section “Technical documents”, you can see the pdfs in italian,spanish and english, the three languages available on the site: but we need to see only english docs (or italian docs if you are an italian user, and go on).
what is it wrong? we don’t change anything from the day before the upgrade.
