Am I just not seeing it but I don’t see a Import/export option in Download Manager (Version 3.3.51) I have the Premium Package (Version 6.2.0) with Elementor and Hello Theme… have deactivated all other Plugins and changed themes, all to no avail.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Import & Export functionality is part of the Pro version, so it isn’t available in version 3.3.51.
