Missing Form Lock info - MailChimp - WordPress Download Manager

Greetings,
I recently purchased the MailChimp plugin. I believe I’ve followed the instructions for setup; however, I do not have the form lock options for the download. Have I missed something or is this a glitch.

All I see on the download forms are;

You can use one or more of following methods to lock your package download:

Must Agree with Terms
Enable Password Lock
Enable Captcha Lock

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Form Lock is a separate add-on. It is not part of MailChimp add-on.

You can use MailChimp with email lock feature. User-submitted emails through email lock will be sent to your MailChimp list.
