Missing a required plugin! Please install/activate WordPress Download Manager…

Hi. I downloaded and installed your software. I then realized I no longer was going to need it. I deactivated it and uninstalled it and still have the following message at the top of all my WordPress pages. It is soooooo annoying. How can I get rid of it please? I don’t want the Download Manager program! There is no X to close it out or any way to get rid of it like the other notifications have. I can send a screenshot if needed. Thank you.
