Menu Categories Not Working - WordPress Download Manager

Greetings,

I have just installed Download Manager (FREE). I created several categories and placed some documents within. Everything seems to be working fine, except when I add a category to a menu I get, then go to that new page it is blank; even though there are documents within that category.

I’ve tried re-installing with no effect.

Suggestions?
