MailChimp add Signup Form fields correctly

Currently, when using the MailChimp Subscription I just bought, the Mailchimp list fields (Fist Name and Last Name) are not filled correctly.

You just ask for the full name which is then pasted to both my Fist Name and Last Name on the Mailchimp List.

Isn’t it possible instead to fetch ALL fields from the mailchimp signup form and display them in your plugin?
