Hi, sorry for my English.
in wp-content/plugins/download-manager/languages i have download-manager-it_IT.mo and download-manager-it_IT.po that contain the translations. When I update the plugin, the files are overwritten and I have to restore them from the previous backup. I use a child theme, how do you prevent the loss of translations at each plugin update? Thanks.

That will keep your translations available even after update.
